Shippo Starter
Shippo’s current pricing page lists Starter as free for up to 30 labels per month. It includes discounted labels with supported carriers, store connections, international shipping, tracking and reporting. Connecting your own carrier account on Starter currently carries a per-label fee.
Shippo Pro pricing
Shippo’s support documentation currently lists monthly Pro tiers around $19 for 31–200 labels, $29 for 201–500, $54 for 501–1,000, $79 for 1,001–2,500, $139 for 2,501–5,000 and $199 for 5,001–10,000 labels. The public pricing page may show a lower effective starting price when annual billing is selected.
What Pro adds
Paid plans add features such as branded tracking, branded notification emails, more users, expanded support and the ability to connect your own carrier accounts without the Starter per-label account fee. The right upgrade point therefore depends on both label count and workflow needs.
Who should consider Shippo?
It is a practical option for a small Shopify store that wants to start with minimal software overhead, then scale into more advanced features. Stores with complex multi-channel operations or deeper automation requirements should also compare ShipStation before committing.
